This role is suited to a hardworking and positive candidate with at least two seasons of experience, ideally from a sailing yacht background. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, take pride in maintaining high interior standards, and be confident working within a structured interior team.

Responsibilities will include guest service, cabin detailing, laundry, housekeeping, polishing and restocking, alongside assisting with general yacht preparation for sea. All crew are expected to assist on deck when required as well.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, professional and discreet around guests, with a calm attitude under pressure and the ability to take direction well. Strong teamwork skills and a positive approach to busy periods onboard are essential.
