A 30m performance sailing yacht is seeking a Sole Stewardess to join an active, fun and private program.

The yacht is based in Palma, with the season running through to the end of September. From now until the end of June, the program will mainly consist of weekend sailing around the Balearics, before cruising Sardinia, Italy and Sicily, as well as attending the Les Voiles de St Tropez regatta.

This is a relaxed but high-standard owner program, typically catering for 3–6 guests and 4 crew. The role involves running the interior independently, including housekeeping, laundry, service and general organisation onboard. Service style is polished but informal, suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining standards without being overly formal.

The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable and bubbly, with previous sailing yacht experience essential. A minimum of one season on a similar-sized sailing yacht is preferred. As this is a performance sailing yacht, candidates should be comfortable in an active sailing environment and happy to assist where needed.

This is not usually a liveaboard position while the yacht is in Mallorca, so candidates already based on the island or able to accommodate themselves ashore are preferred. However, there is potential to live onboard during June, and the owners are open to assisting with a rental for the right candidate.
