We are after an experienced Engineer to join a busy and performance-focused program for a J-Class.

The yacht will do 2 regattas this summer season in the Mediterranean, combined with further Mediterranean cruising throughout the season with the owners. This is a single-season program, with the yacht based in Spain during the winter months.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience within the superyacht industry, including at least two years onboard 24m+ sailing yachts in an engineering role. Strong big boat sailing experience is essential, and candidates without previous sailing yacht experience will not be considered.

Minimum certification required is AEC 2, although SCV MEOL or EOOW preferred. A YM Offshore, would also be considered a bonus.

This role would suit a hands-on and organised engineer who enjoys the pace of an active sailing program and is comfortable working within a close-knit crew environment during racing and cruising periods alike.

Qualifications required: AEC 2 minimum - MEOL preferred.
