We are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a newly acquired Swan 108, joining a long-standing and loyal programme run by an owner and Captain who have worked together for over 10 years. This is a private programme with the potential for occasional charter, cruising the Mediterranean this season following an initial setup period and paperwork stop in Malta.

The role will suit someone confident working independently within the interior, who enjoys building structure and organisation onboard. As the yacht transitions into its new programme, the initial focus will be on deep cleaning, inventories, systems setup and preparing the vessel alongside the owners and crew. The owners are active, sporty and hands-on, preferring anchoring and cruising over marina life, with a relaxed and personable onboard atmosphere.

We are looking for a positive, hardworking and experienced candidate, ideally with previous sailing yacht and charter exposure. The programme is owner-focused with long periods onboard, so personality fit is very important. Candidates should be proactive, adaptable and enjoy working as part of a close-knit and motivated team.
