We are seeking a Mate to join a 28m SY based in Palma for the Mediterranean season, starting within the next 3 weeks. The role is open to two levels of candidate: either someone experienced enough to take charge onboard independently and potentially assist with deliveries throughout the Med, or a more junior sailor with solid sailing experience who can confidently manage the deck without close supervision.

This is a hands-on role within a small crew, best suited to someone practical, proactive and comfortable working closely with owners in a relaxed private environment. The programme will run through until October, with potential for longer-term opportunities for the right experienced candidate.

Candidates should already be based in Europe or the UK and available to join quickly. Couples will also be considered with a Stewardess.
