Seeking an experienced sailor and Deckhand for a 60m+ performance sailing yacht with a private, dual-season program that blends competitive racing with adventurous, off-the-beaten-path cruising.

You’ll join a well-established deck team of five, on a yacht known for its crew longevity, strong team dynamic, and exciting itineraries. The ideal candidate will come from a performance sailing background, hold a Yacht Master. Must be a confident sailor.

Racing experience is highly desirable, as is previous experience of performance yachts. Strong background in deck hardware maintenance, and a hands-on approach are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, adventurous yacht with an exciting and varied itinerary.

The crew is active and sporty, enjoying team activities, water sports, and hiking. The program includes remote cruising and racing, with upcoming plans for the USA, UK, Finland, Caribbean racing and cruising further afield.
