Semi rotational Chief Stew 55m SY

A 55m SY is seeking a semi- rotational Chief Stew.The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-end service and be comfortable handling fine and delicate materials used in the yacht’s bespoke interior finishes.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys to mentor and guide a more junior Second Stewardess. They are open to a younger or more junior candidate who has 1-2 years experience and ready to take a step up.

The yacht operates between the Mediterranean and Caribbean, with approximately six months of guest usage per year. The owners use the vessel for extended stays, often working from onboard, with friends or guests joining for weekends or short periods.

The interior team runs on an approx 3 weeks on 1 week off rotation during the season

Qualifications required: Pervious large sail yacht experience, no visible tattoos.
