Seeking an experienced and energetic Captain & Crew Couple to join an exciting programme aboard a 75ft high-performance sailing catamaran. Operating under the Malta commercial code, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to candidates with genuine performance sailing experience and a passion for active watersports programmes.

This is far from a standard cruising programme. We are specifically looking for individuals with proven experience on fast sailing yachts who are comfortable handling high loads, performance systems and the day-to-day demands of an operational sailing vessel. Responsibilities will include sailing and deck operations, guest service, provisioning, yacht maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and supporting an active kite-surfing programme.

The ideal Captain will hold a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore as a minimum, with Ocean certification preferred, alongside AEC1, valid STCW and ENG1. Kite-surfing experience is essential, and both candidates should be practical, self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
