Seasonal stew/cook 30m SY
We are seeking a Cook/Stew to join a beautiful 30m modern classic sailing yacht based in Stockholm for the summer season. This is a seasonal position running through to September, with some flexibility around start and end dates.
This is a true all-hands-on-deck programme where everyone assists across departments. During larger regattas, an additional stewardess may occasionally join the vessel to support operations.
The role would suit someone looking to further develop their galley skills whilst remaining involved in interior duties and sailing. Candidates with experience in provisioning, meal preparation, and guest-facing service who are keen to broaden their skill set are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, and comfortable with changing schedules and last-minute adjustments. A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to get involved wherever needed are essential. In return, you'll join a supportive crew on a fun private programme featuring regattas, archipelago cruising, and occasional corporate events.
Start Date: Immediate – Late June
Joining Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Itinerary:
• July – September: Stockholm Archipelago cruising and regattas
• September: Haul out and end-of-season pack down

Previous sailing yacht experience
Strong organisational skills
Positive, adaptable attitude
Comfortable working in a hands-on team environment
Female preferred due to cabin arrangements
The Cook/Stew will be responsible for preparing meals for 3–4 crew and managing the interior during owner-off periods.
When guests are onboard, responsibilities will include:
