We are seeking a First Mate to join a beautiful 30m modern classic sailing yacht based in Stockholm for the summer season. This is a seasonal position running through to September, with some flexibility around start and end dates.

The First Mate will work closely with the Captain, assisting with all aspects of deck operations, sailing, passage preparation, and the day-to-day running of the yacht.

This is a hands-on position within a small crew where flexibility and teamwork are essential. During guest trips, all crew work across departments, supporting interior service, housekeeping, guest activities, and sailing operations as required.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for sailing and enjoy being part of an active programme that combines regattas, cruising, and guest operations. They will be equally comfortable maintaining high standards on deck, assisting with the upkeep of the yacht, and stepping into other areas when needed.

The programme is primarily private use and offers a varied and enjoyable season of Stockholm Archipelago cruising, competitive regattas, and occasional corporate events. T

• July – September: Stockholm Archipelago cruising and regattas
• September: Haul out and end-of-season pack down
