30m high-performance sailing yacht is seeking a Deck/Stew to join ASAP in Palma either seasonally or fulltime.

This is an active program combining a full Mediterranean regatta season with approximately 5–6 weeks of owner cruising throughout the summer. The yacht operates in a fast-paced sailing environment, so a previous sailing background is essential.

The role is a true deck/interior crossover position, requiring someone who is equally comfortable assisting with sailing operations, deck maintenance and exterior upkeep, while also helping with housekeeping, laundry and general interior duties. This is a hands-on program where all crew work closely together, particularly when the owner is onboard.

The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable and proactive, with a positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever required. You should enjoy being part of a sporty, performance-oriented crew and be comfortable transitioning between interior and exterior responsibilities throughout the season.

Candidates should have previous experience sailing experince, ideally 1–2 years onboard sailing yachts, and be confident working in an active sailing environment.

Qualifications required: Previous sailing yacht experience, ideally 1–2 years in a Deck/Stew or similar role
