A 40m sailing yacht is seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join ASAP in Italy.

This is a busy Med/Caribbean program looking for someone who is confident running the interior independently and enjoys taking ownership of their department. The yacht is looking for a strong all-rounder who can maintain high standards while fitting into a close-knit crew environment. They do a mix of private and charter throughout both seasons.

The role will involve all aspects of the interior, including housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, inventories and guest service. Whilst you will be solely responsible for the interior, this is very much a team-oriented yacht where crew are happy to support each other when required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience on sailing yachts over 30m, with previous experience as a Sole Stewardess or a strong Second Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht. You should be organised, efficient and proactive, with a positive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.

The owners are looking for someone interested in a long-term position. Strong service skills are essential, and wine knowledge or beverage experience would be a bonus.
