We are seeking an experienced Chief Steward to join a 45m+ sailing yacht currently based in Palma. This is a permanent position on a private programme cruising the Mediterranean, including Greece, with a professional and established crew onboard.

The yacht typically cruises with 4–6 guests and offers a relaxed yet high-standard service environment. We are looking for a confident Chief Steward who can lead the interior department, maintain exceptional standards throughout the vessel and deliver a warm, personable guest experience. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider crew dynamic.

The position is available within the next two weeks to allow for a thorough handover with the current Chief Steward. First-language English is preferred, and due to cabin arrangements the position is currently open to male candidates only.
