A 30m modern classic sailing yacht is seeking a Tender Driver to join from 1st July through to the end of September for a Scandinavian summer season.

The role is based around operating a Protector 410, supporting the yacht and owners throughout the season. When the owners are onboard, you will be sleeping onboard the Protector. Outside of owner trips, you will live onboard the sailing yacht.

The itinerary is centred around Stockholm Archipelago, with approximately four weeks of owner cruising split across two trips, alongside a fun regatta, day trips and general maintenance/winterising in September.

The ideal candidate will be confident driving larger tenders, organised and capable of working independently. You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the Protector, guest transfers, watersports support and ensuring the vessel is always presented to a high standard.

A Yachtmaster qualification is prefeered, and previous experience operating similar-sized tenders would be highly beneficial.

Qualifications required: YM Offshore preferred, similar experience operating large tenders.
