Seasonal/ongoing temp Chef 35m SY
A 35m performance sail yacht is seeking a well-rounded Chef to join either for the season, or as ongoing temp guest chef until the end of the summer.
The yacht runs with six crew and up to ten guests, operating a mix of private and charter use. The program is Palma based, with a Mediterranean summer season, with a 10-year refit scheduled in Palma this winter.
The owners are looking for a chef who can deliver healthy, Mediterranean-style cuisine, primarily focused on relaxed family-style cooking with minimal dietary requirements. At the same time, the successful candidate must be capable of producing refined, higher-end plated meals, particularly during charter periods. Flexibility, consistency and the ability to adapt to different guest dynamics are key.
Sailing experience would be a bonus, as this is an active performance yacht. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient with provisioning and budgeting, and confident managing the galley independently.
