Temp head Chef 70m MY

A 70m MY is seeking a temp head chef to cover for the month of August in the Med. It is a private program and the galley also runs with a sous chef in place and a galley hand. They are looking for an experienced chef who can deliver fine dining as well as family style dishes. There will be a guest trip during this period with up to 15 guests.

Seeking a restaurant trained chef with prior yacht chef experience. Proven experience in a senior galley role as head chef or sole chef.
