Second Mate needed to join a 65m+ performance sailing yacht with a private program that blends competitive racing with adventurous, off-the-beaten-path cruising.

You’ll join a deck team of five, on a yacht known for its crew longevity with a strong team dynamic. The ideal candidate will come from a performance sailing background, hold a minimum of YM Ocean, and be a confident watch keeper with strong sailing and navigational skills.

Racing experience is highly desirable but not a must. Strong background in deck hardware maintenance, and a hands-on approach are essential.

The crew is active and sporty, enjoying team activities, water sports, and hiking when not sailing. The program includes remote cruising and racing, with upcoming plans for Caribbean, West Coast US, Alaska and then onwards to Japan.

Qualifications required: YM Ocean, 4+ years experience on large performance sailing yachts, racing background preferred.
