A 30m performance sailing yacht is seeking a logistics and regatta shore support team member to join from mid-August, initially for the final two regattas of the season, with the potential for a longer-term role.

The successful candidate will have a two-week handover before taking over all of the logistics for the final part of the season. Following the season, there is the option of taking the winter off and returning in the spring, or remaining with the program in a more permanent capacity assisting with winter projects and preparations.

This is a varied, shore-based role supporting both the yacht and regatta team. Responsibilities include coordinating berth bookings, regatta logistics, container movements, flights, restaurant and villa bookings, assisting the villa chef, ensuring the villa is fully set up during events, managing uniforms, organising containers and preparing dockside snacks and drinks for the team returning from racing.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience on sailing yachts, ideally as a Stewardess or similar support role, with exposure to a racing or regatta program. Someone who is looking for a new challenge ashore while remaining closely involved in sailing. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential.

The captain is happy to train the right person, so previous logistics experience is not essential. The focus is on finding someone with the right attitude, energy and personality who will fit well into the close-knit team. There are five full-time crew, and they are looking for someone who enjoys being part of the group and is happy to roll up their sleeves when needed.

Accommodation ashore will be provided when not on deliveries. Candidates who enjoy sailing and would like to join deliveries between regattas are preferred.

The yacht is based in Palma, Mallorca when not racing.
