2nd engineer/deck 50m SY

We are looking for a hands-on Second Engineer/Deckhand to join a 50m SY.

The yacht operates between the Mediterranean and Caribbean and is used predominantly by the owner and his family, with occasional charter. The yacht has been in her scheduled winterrefit since November and will spend the winter season in the Caribbean.

This role is split between engineering and deck. Seeking a practical engineer who is also a capable sailor and confident tender driver would be the ideal fit.

Requirements:

  • MEOL qualification

  • Previous yacht engineering experience

  • Sailing-yacht experience essential

  • Confident tender-driving skills

  • Comfortable assisting with deck operations and guest trips

  • Practical, adaptable and happy working across departments

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude

Package:

  • Start: ASAP

  • Salary: DOE

  • Leave: Approximately 3.2 days accrued per month worked, with some flexibility

  • Shared cabin with the First Mate
