We are looking for a motivated and experienced Second Stewardess to join a unique new-build sailing yacht as part of an interior team of three in the yard in final stages of commissioning. They will head to Palma for the winter and prepare for a Med season.

The yacht will then become dual-season with plans for adventurous cruising, making this an excellent opportunity for a stew looking to grow and gain longevity on a high-performing yacht.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience, ideally with sailing yacht exposure, and be confident in housekeeping, service, inventories, and supporting the smooth running of the interior. You should be comfortable stepping up to lead service when required and guiding the 3rd Stew. The team values stews who are diligent, adaptable in service style, and easy to communicate with, maintaining high standards without being overly formal.

We are looking for someone active and team-orientated who enjoys a collaborative work environment. Long sailing days, stowing, and service under sail should feel natural. Candidates must be confident with guest interaction, take pride in their work, and be happy to take on small added responsibilities such as uniform management or crew birthdays.

Qualifications required: 2–3 years’ experience, strong housekeeping and service skills, no seasickness, valid driver’s licence, and ideally WSET 1–2.
