A 32m performance sailing yacht is seeking a capable Sole Stewardess to join its active, dual season program.

The yacht is currently in Villefranche and will visit Barcelona before heading to the Canary Islands and crossing the Atlantic in November. The winter programme includes Antigua, Miami and Key West for Christmas, followed by Newport and Maine. The plans beyond this are still being decided, with the possibility of returning to Europe. The wider programme also includes a 77ft powerboat.

The Sole Stewardess will take full responsibility for the interior and should be confident working independently, taking initiative and keeping the yacht organised and guest-ready. When the owner is onboard, the programme can be fast-paced; quieter periods will focus on general maintenance and preparation.

The owner travels with a PA who knows the family’s preferences well and provides additional service support. A personal Chef also travels with the family, alongside a nanny for their baby, so the Sole Stewardess will be well supported during guest periods.

This is a sailing yacht, and the successful candidate must be willing and able to assist on deck when required. Genuine sailing ability or practical deck experience would be a significant advantage.

The yacht is open to someone stepping up into their first Sole Stewardess position, provided they are a confident self-starter with strong interior skills, a positive attitude and the ability to take ownership of the role.
