A 40m motor yacht is seeking an experienced Rotation Chef to join its established programme.

The yacht is looking for a professional Chef who can deliver a consistently high standard of cuisine for the owners, guests and crew. This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable and organised candidate seeking a rotational position on a well-run motor yacht.

The Rotation Chef will be responsible for all aspects of the galley. The successful candidate should be confident preparing varied, healthy and visually appealing cuisine while adapting menus to individual preferences, dietary requirements and changing guest needs.

The role will include cooking for the owners and guests, as well as preparing nutritious and practical meals for the crew. The Chef should be comfortable working independently, managing provisions and budgets, maintaining galley inventories and collaborating effectively with the yacht’s onboard team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a yacht Chef on yachts of a similar size and be confident working within a private or charter environment. A calm, flexible and professional approach is essential, together with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for food.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Yacht Chef

  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of varied international cuisine

  • Confident cooking for owners, guests and crew

  • Ability to accommodate dietary requirements and changing preferences

  • Excellent provisioning, budgeting and galley management skills

  • High standards of hygiene, organisation and presentation

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a professional crew

  • Fluent English

  • Non-smoker preferred
