A 45m+ performance sailing yacht is seeking a Deckhand to join a highly professional and well-established sailing program.

The yacht operates a busy but well-organised program, with an exciting itinerary planned well in advance. Following a Caribbean winter, the yacht will return to the Mediterranean for the summer, including participation in the super yacht regatta around the America's Cup event.

They are open to considering different levels of experience for this position. This could suit an experienced Deckhand with a minimum of two years' industry experience and a YM qualification, or someone with a solid sailing background and at least one year of industry experience who is keen to continue developing within a performance sailing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for sailing and be practical, hands-on and confident getting involved in all aspects of deck operations, including sailing, maintenance and the general day-to-day upkeep of the yacht. They should be organised, proactive and comfortable working as part of a team within a busy performance sailing program.

The yacht offers a structured and well-planned itinerary, alongside a training package to support further development. They are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good sailing knowledge and a willingness to get involved wherever needed.

Qualifications required: STCW, ENG1, YM ideally and/or a strong sailing background with a minimum of one year's industry experience
