A 35m sailing yacht is seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a busy private cruising program from around the beginning of December.

The yacht has a full Caribbean season ahead, with plenty of owner trips planned, before returning to the Mediterranean for the summer. They are looking for someone with plenty of energy, a positive attitude and the ability to maintain high standards of service throughout a busy season.

There is a strong emphasis on hospitality, good manners and attentive service. The owners are friendly and sociable, enjoy their food and wine, and appreciate someone who shares an interest in good hospitality and genuinely enjoys looking after people. They are looking for a natural hostess who is personable, easy-going and confident engaging with guests, while also knowing when to be discreet and professional.

You need to be organised, proactive and comfortable managing your own department, particularly during busy periods with quick turnarounds between trips.

Personality is particularly important for this position. The yacht has a small, close-knit crew, so they are looking for someone with a good sense of humour, patience and a relaxed approach who enjoys being part of the team. An interest in sailing would be advantageous.
